The Bosch 26eco+ gas hot water system is a high-efficiency, fully-condensing appliance.
Unlike traditional hot water systems, a condensing unit captures heat from the exhaust gas and uses it to preheat the incoming cold water, making the 26eco+ the most energy efficient gas hot water system on the market.

Neutraliser for non-acidic condensate:
When heat from the exhaust gas is collected within
the secondary heat exchanger, condensation occurs from moisture
in this exhaust gas, and the resulting water is discharged from
the drain pipe. The Bosch 26eco+ has
an in-built neutraliser that is specifically designed to transform
this acidic condensate into a neutral and environmentally friendly
emission.
