We understand that not everyone is comfortable dealing over the internet or by phone, with people they haven't met, and a company they haven't dealt with. We go to a lot of trouble to provide our customers with high-quality advice and service on the website, and by phone, fax, email or personal contact. For visitors to our website, we provide below some of the feedback provided by our happy customers... "I purchased a 27 000 litre TankMasta poly tank from Enviro-Friendly Products in July 2005. I was highly impressed by the service, behind-the-scenes organising and timely processing of my order. The delivery site was "difficult access", with steep gravel mountain passes, narrow tracks and overhanging trees. Enviro-Friendly Products and TankMasta made special arrangements with the truck driver to leave the trailer at the bottom of the mountain, and the brave driver got the truck with the tank in to my property with minimal hassles. John and David Payne were helpful, reliable, enthusiastic, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. These folks take sustainability issues seriously, from their water tanks and other equipment right through to the treeless email newsletter! It is heartening to see a business like Enviro-Friendly Products online, with their excellent articles and valuable resource links. I would not hesitate to recommend Enviro-Friendly Products as a source for water tanks, solar heating and other equipment- excellent prices, quality and service!" -

NSW Dear David & John, Please accept my hearty congratulations for the opening of your new showroom. Good on you both; it's good to see the continual growth in your business and the benefits to the region must be making a measurable difference to our water use. While I have your attention, I would like to say a big thank-you for the delightful resource of fresh drinking water your services and products provide us, our 12kl Tankmasta tank with the Aquasource + Davey pump has continued to work flawlessly and we enjoy it's many benefits on a daily basis. I am continually recommending your services and range of products to all and sundry, in fact, I still have people coming up to me, off the street, to ask about our system. The maintenance of the system is fairly easy and only takes a few minutes after each rain event, mainly to tend to the 'first flush' portion; I have removed the pinhole washers from the units and have replaced them with gate valves and a short length of poly pipe. Opening the valves allows the waste water to escape and I find myself filling a watering can with what would be considered waste water and using it for potted plants nearby. Incidentally, the system is so efficient I can harvest up to 30 litres of water from the first flush on most days of late autumn, winter and early spring; as a result of the dew!
