Nylex water tanks have a proud heritage.

Nylex Corporation has a long history as a respected Australian company, specialising in plastic and water products.

In late 2004, Nylex acquired the well-known ARI-Plastank water tank business in Victoria. This was simply the first move towards what will become a truly national business specialising in water solutions for the home.

Then, in early 2005, Nylex took another step to national status, with the acquisition of the Pura Tank business of Complas in Queensland. New factories followed, in Sydney, and Brisbane. Now Nylex water tanks are available in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, the ACT and Queensland

Important Information: Nylex Water, including their water tank business, has been sold to WET Technologies on July 1st. We already carry Downpour brand tanks from WET, so we look forward to continuing our strong association with the Nylex brandname through them.

Nylex manufacture two ranges of tanks. The straight-sided Plastank range is produced in Pakenham (near Melbourne), Brisbane and Sydney for SE Queensland, SA, Vic., ACT and NSW. The ribbed Pura Tank range is manufactured in Bundaberg, and is available in most of Southern Queensland.
