WaterSwitch
The
Onga WaterSwitch
is a fantastic new innovative rainwater harvesting product to help
you save water around your home. WaterSwitch is designed as an automatic
rainwater controller that switches between mains supply and tank
water.
The
Onga WaterSwitch,
used in conjunction with a Water tank and an ever reliable and reputable
Onga Pump, allows a conventional household to re-use rainwater for
a variety of everyday tasks.
Use
rainwater for toilets, washing machines, garden sprinklers, washing
the car etc. Each time you use rainwater you’re leaving water
in your city’s catchments for use later on. More importantly
it also leaves space in your rainwater tank to store more water
next time it rains. That's called Rainwater Harvesting.
Onga
match the Waterswitch
controller with a variety of pumps- both submersible and surface.
With 5 years experience in this field, we strongly recommend the
use of submersible pumps for urban applications.
- a
submersible pump is quiet- it's inside the tank, in the water
- a
submersible pump can't be accidentally damaged
- a
submersible pump is much more difficult to vandalise
- it's
in pump heaven- no heat, no dust, just dark, cool water - so you
can expect long pump life
- there's
no hole cut at the bottom of the tank for float switches- a potential
leak problem

With
5 years experience with mains backup/crossover systems, we know
the importance of filtration to the reliability of the controller,
and the performance of the items the system connects to.
With
every WaterSwitch we sell, we ADD an inline filter to the package
we supply.
It
raises your discount price by just $20, but is a terrific investment
in trouble-free operation.
