All of the vehicles performed well. All were very economical to run.The sedans regularly got over 1000 kM on a tank, and my personal Jette recorded consumption figures as low as 5.5 litres/100km. Needless to say we not only appreciated the performance (the old Transporter ute could leave most cars at the lights), we were particularly impressed with the enviro-friendly, low carbon footprint of such economical vehicles. The Golf was the best of them all. Now we see that there's a new Golf on the block- the BlueMotion VW Golf.. The Blue Motion Golf claims up to 1500 km, or 3.8l. /100km from a tank of fuel- that's impressive! It also boasts a number of advanced features...
